If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time. We would like a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We'll move your visit to another, more convenient time, or if you wish, cancel it altogether. There is a cancellation fee of $50 if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. This fee will be automatically taken from card on file.

Yes, we furnish everything needed to clean your home. It is included with the service.

Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day. While others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. Regardless of your schedule, you are certain to receive superior house cleaning services.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
The best way to prepare for your cleaner(s) is to straighten up as much as possible. This way the cleaner(s) can focus their efforts on cleaning up dust and grim, and not putting things in their place. It is best if people pick up their items such as toys and/or clothing.
What is Eco-friendly cleaning?
Eco-friendly house cleaning is done by using natural cleaning products that do not have harsh chemicals. There is no extra charge for this type of cleaning.
Is your company insured?
Absolutely! Royal Plus Cleaning is insured with $1Million in liability insurance. We perform hiring background checks, have trusted employees and contractors. We are insured to protect against any loss or breakage that may occur while we clean your home.
Do the deep cleaning and move-in/move-out services include all extras?
Homes vary by design and we want you to get the cleaning service that is specific to your needs. We prefer that you create your own cleaning service package to include or not include the extras. In this case, we do not automatically include the extras.

What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24-hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24-hours of your cleaning. We will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.
What is regular cleaning VS. deep cleaning?
What is regular cleaning VS. deep cleaning?
Regular and Deep cleaning both have similar cleaning tasks. However, deep cleaning is necessary if your home has NOT been cleaned within a 30-day period. If it is determined upon cleaner(s) walkthrough that a deep cleaning is required, but was not selected during booking, your booking may be upgraded and additonal charges will incur upon arrival.
